Concho Rural Water Rates

Note: PASS THRU RATE : for systems affected by purchased water there will  be an additional $2.25 per thousand gallons in addition to the above rates.

Our community's water meters are read monthly between the 23rd to the 28th and bills are mailed out at the end of each month. Bills are due upon receipt: There is a total of 16 days to pay the current bill each month. If you DO NOT get a bill call our office for a copy. 

If water bill becomes late a final/disconnect notice will be mailed out requesting payment within 10 days of the original due date. A late charge of 10% will be applied to the late bill. A late bill affects a customers account status, possibly requiring a new or additional Deposit or holding the Deposit that the customer has up longer. Nonpayment may result in service being disconnected. If disconnected there will be a charge of $25.00 + bill to restore service.

Deposits will be refunded after 18 months of bills with NO DELINQUNCIES or when the customer moves. If there is a delinquent bill during Deposit period the Deposit will start over and stay up for another 18 months of bills from lst delinquency. After Deposit is refunded the customer can be late no more then twice in 18 months, the third delinquency a NEW DEPOSIT must be established and the Deposit will stay up indefinitley.

Deposits will be refunded after 12 months of bills with No Delinquencies or when the customer moves. If there is a deliquent bill during Deposit period the Deposit will start over and stay up for 1 full year of bills from last delinquency. After a Deposit is refunded the customer can be late NO MORE then twice in 1 year, the third late delinquency a NEW DEPOSIT must be established and the Deposit will stay up indefinitely. 

  1. $30.00 Reconnect Fee on delinquent acounts that have been turned off for NON-PAYMENT: Payable when water is turned back on. Additionally a deposit may be required if service has been turned off for non payment.
