In the event of an emergency shut-off or leak, CRWC will make every attempt to post information about the problem here on the website as quickly as possible. This will include any instructions and/or information on the water quality and any necessary steps you may need to take and for how long.
CRWC Business Hours: The office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00-12:00 and we can assist you by phone from 1:30-4:30 and until 5:00 on disconnect days. We can be reached by email at conchoruralwater@gmail.com.
