Concho Rural Water Corp offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Pay Online

Online Payments may be made through Payment Service Network. There is a $2.20 fee and all major cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX)

When you pay by phone it is  IMPERATIVE  to know and enter Your CARLSBAD FRESH WATER DIST. Account Number so your payment will be recorded properly. 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order thru the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  Remember to write your account number on the check and include your bill payment stub to ensure your payment is applied to the correct account.

Automatic Bank Draft

Upon authorization, CRWC can draft your bank account for the amount of your bill each month. Customer still receives a paper bill for their records. This is a free service. If you would like to sign up for this service please fill out the form located on the CRWC website under the Customer Service tab. There will be a drop down, click on the proper bank draft form for the area.  For questions, please call the office at 325-658-2961.

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept checks, cash, and money orders.  All Credit Card payments will need to be made online or at 1-877-885-7968.  To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

After Hours Drop Boxes

After hour drop boxes are available at several locations. Please remember to write your account number on the check and include your bill payment stub to ensure your payment is applied to the correct account.  Call the office to locate a drop box near you.
