Billing Information

This month all customers received a paper bill with a link to their 2019 Annual Drinking Water Report, also known as the Consumer Confidence Report. 

If you are an ebill only customer, next month you will go back to receiving only an ebill. 

If you are a bank draft customer, your payment will still be completed as usual through bank draft. We just have minimal space on the card and can't fit the direct link to your report as well as the usual, "DO NOT PAY- Your bill will be drafted on the 10th" note on the card as well. This will also go back to normal next month as well.
